摘要
以针刺鬼穴干预老年痴呆精神行为症状的典型病例为切入点,主要介绍了在鬼穴针刺运用过程中的四点体会:针刺鬼穴治疗痴呆精神行为症状主要依据是鬼穴治疗病症与痴呆精神行为症状在临床表现上相类似;针刺鬼穴的同时针对本虚标实、痰瘀互结的病机特点增加其他穴位,并延长疗程,可以明显提高疗效;根据"旦助阳,暮益阴"的思想,择时针刺鬼穴,对提高临床效果具有重要意义;结合病例分析了针刺鬼穴的两大局限,并建议采取联合语言及抚慰手段提高效果,尝试经皮电刺激鬼穴克服针刺疼痛带来的运用限制。
In this paper, firstly, the author introduced one case that application of ＂Guixue＂ acupuncture in a psychological and behavior symptoms of dementia patient, and then, made a sununary which are comprised with four points of experiences of using acupuncture for the patens with BPSD. First of all, the main mason that using Gnixue acupuncture is because Guixue acupuncture can relieve some symptoms the BPSD patient show; secondly, Combining other acupoints, such as Zusanli, Taixi, Taicong et al, and prolonging the time of therapy could strengthen the them- peutie effect during treatment; thirdly, the patients may benefit from the theory of ＇yin shi zhi yi＇ which acupuncturing Guixue at different time in the light of different symptoms; lastly, tile author suggested that integrating other no- pharmaeotherapy（Talking, Tuina, petting） and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation therapy would overcome the disadvantages of application of Guixue acupuncture.
