绒毛膜促性腺激素与妊娠关系的研究

摘要 目的探讨绒毛膜促性腺激素与妊娠结局的关系。方法对2008年1月至2009年12月我院264例孕产妇进行追踪研究,采用微粒子化学发光技术测定264例孕产妇孕中期血液β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β—HCG)水平,观察孕产妇妊娠结局,根据妊娠结局分组比较β—HCG水平有无差异。结果(1)264例产妇子痫前期26例(9.8%);早产24例(9.1%);胎膜早破13例(4.9%);正常产妇201例(76.1%)。②妊娠结局为子痫前期、早产、胎膜早破的产妇血液中β—HCG较正常孕妇β—HCG水平较高,数据间差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。结论:孕产妇孕中期血β—HCG异常改变与不良妊娠结局密切相关。
