Reinforcement of Binder Phase and Its Application in Carbide Rolls

摘要 低温轧制是近年钢铁企业发展线材轧制的一种新技术,强化粘结相是提高硬质合金辊环寿命的主要途径。本文从低温轧制对硬质合金辊环质量的新要求入手,综述了硬质合金辊环材料中添加合金元素强化粘结相的机理,并针对硬质合金辊环的使用工况特点,重点对Al、Ni、Cr元素强化粘结相的机理分别进行了分析。最后阐述了γ′-相强化粘结相在硬质合金辊环上的应用前景,并指出粘结相强化进一步的发展集中在解决γ′-相的室温脆性和烧结体致密化问题及建立室温下评价材料性能的指标体系。 Low temperature rolling is a new technology in steel enterprise for wire rod rolling.The reinforcement of binder phase is a major path to improve the service life of carbide rolls.Beginning with the new requirement of low temperature rolling on carbide rolls,the reinforced mechanism of binder phase by adding alloying elements in carbide rolls are summarized.Combining with the working condition of carbide rolls,the reinforced mechanisms of adding Al,Ni and Cr elements to reinforce binder phase are respectively analyzed.At last,the application prospect in carbide rolls reinforced by γ′-phase is expatiated.It is pointed out that the further development of binder phase reinforcement concentrates on solving the problems of the brittleness of γ′-phase at room temperature and the densification of sintered body,as well as building the indicator system for the evaluation of material performance at room temperature.
