摘要
压差补偿泵是一种能产生负压低脉冲的新型结构的抽油泵,又名负压脉冲深井采油泵。介绍了压差补偿泵的实验室试验结果及理论分析。根据试验数据,重点讨论了压差补偿泵空腔形成,瞬时打开后的动液面波动的全过程。试验证明,在模拟条件完全相同的情况下,压差补偿深井抽油泵的产液量远比普通深井抽油泵高,主要的增产理论依据是压差补偿泵在下冲程过程中,瞬时打开空腔所产生伯努利效应及负压脉冲效应。
Differential pressure compensating pump is a new one that can generate underbalance low pulse, it is also called underbalance pulse deep oil well pump.This paper presents the lab test results and theoretical analysis of the pump. Based on the test data, this paper highlights the whole process of the forming of pump's cavity and the working fluid level fluctuation when the formed cavity is opened instantaneously. Lab test results indicate that at the same simulation condition, the fluid--withdraw rate of the differential pressure compensating deep oil well pump is far high than that of the conventional deep oil well pump. The main stimulation basis is as follows: during down stroke of the differential pressure compensating pump, the cavity is formed and opened instantaneously, then, Bernoulli effect and underbalance pulse effect are generated, more oil are produced.
