摘要
对2006-2009年深圳市某医院创新科研管理,促进医院快速发展的主要做法和成效进行分析,发现通过科研管理机制(体制)改革,创建新的符合时代发展的科研平台,积极引进高层次人才,完善相关评价及激励机制,采取措施促进科研成果的转化,可以使医院的科技实力、人才队伍、新学科、新技术、以及医院的社会效益和经济效益得到迅速发展。
The major Methods and effects of the rapid growth for the hospital through the revolution of research management in a Shenzhen's hospital from 2006-2009 were analyzed and discussed.The revolutions were the reform of the mechanism of research management,the foundation of research platform that was consistent with the times,the introduction of high-level talents,the perfection of evaluation and incentive mechanism and the promotion of the transformation of scientific achievement.The results of those measurements were the rapid development of the hospital in scientific and technological strength,talents team,new subjects and new technologies,social and economic benefits.
