摘要
公众演讲就总体而言属劝谏性语篇,是文体学中的一种特殊变体,在语言的各个层面都有其独树一帜的文体本质。研究从文体学的角度,在音位、词汇、句法、语篇、修辞等多个层面,对历届英语演讲比赛演讲辞予以分析,揭示其文体特征及潜在的语言魅力,以利于更好地欣赏公众演讲艺术,更有效地掌握公众演讲技巧。
Public speaking,generally speaking,a sort of persuasive text category,is a special variant of stylistics,possessing unique stylistic nature on all linguistic hierarchies.The study,from multilevels of phonology,vocabulary,syntax,discourse and figures of speech in stylistics,analyses speeches in consecutive English speech contests and reveals their stylistic features and potential language mysteries,in an attempt to help appreciate public speaking art and master public speaking techniques more efficiently.
