摘要 如何提高无铅压电陶瓷的压电性能是当前国内外压电铁电材料研究的前沿和热点之一。在归纳和分析锆钛酸铅陶瓷高性能起因的基础上,结合近年有关高性能钛酸钡基无铅压电陶瓷的报道,着重对钛酸钡基陶瓷高压电性能的物理机制的研发进展进行评价,以期为高性能无铅压电陶瓷材料的设计和开发提供依据。 How to improve the piezoelectric properties of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics has currently become more and more concentrated in the field of piezo- and ferroelectric materials. In this paper, based on analyzing the origin of high performance in lead zirconate-titanate ceramics, the progresses of study on physical mechanisms of BaTiO3- based ceramics with high piezoelectric properties are summarized and reviewed. It is expected to provide some clues to design new lead-free systems with high piezoelectric properties.
