摘要
基于吸附脱硫反应机理,针对某催化汽油吸附脱硫(S-Zorb)装置,利用设计和生产数据,进行了全装置流程模拟。通过比较装置的主要操作参数的模拟结果和实际数据,结果表明,相对误差在5%以内,流程工艺条件和指标均能较好地反映实际装置运行状态,表明建立数学模型正确,能准确模拟该装置流程,为装置操作条件优化及节能改造提供依据。
According to the adsorptive desulfurization mechanism, based on the design data and production data of a S - Zorb plant, the simulation models of the process were established. Then the model was solved, and the simulation results compared with the production data showed that the average relative errors were less than 5%, the process conditions and indicators could reflect the actual device running status very better, the simulation results were in agreement with the practical data. The model had a high precision and could provide reference for the future process optimization and energy saving.
