摘要
以大果番茄‘辽园多丽’和中果‘moneymaker’为试材,在日光温室内对其进行不同程度的弱光处理,以期明确两个品种番茄对不同程度弱光胁迫的反应。结果表明,随着光照强度的减弱,两个品种植株叶片的比叶面积和叶绿素a、b含量均呈增加趋势,而且,光照强度越弱,增加越明显。说明弱光下叶面积增大、叶片较薄。辽园多丽的比叶面积和叶绿素a、b含量显著大于moneymaker。随着光照强度的减弱,两个品种叶片的净光合速率和气孔导度下降,胞间CO2浓度升高,叶片中碳水化合物和淀粉含量逐渐减少。说明两个不同品种番茄在弱光胁迫下反应相同,辽园多丽对弱光的耐受性显著大于moneymaker。
Two tomato varieties of 'Liaoyuanduoli' and 'moneymaker' were used in the experiment,in order to indicate the response to different levels of low light stress of two varieties of tomatoes in greenhouse.The results indicated that with light intensity decreasing,the specific leaf area and chlorophyll a and b of two varieties increased,and the lower of light,the more increase was obvious.As a result,under low light,leaf areas of plants increased and leaves became thinner.The leaf area and content of chlorophyll a and b of 'Liaoyuanduoli' increased obviously compared to that of 'moneymaker'.With the light intensity decreasing,intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) increased with the net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and the stomata conductance(Gs) decreasing,and the starch and the carbohydrates content in leaves decreased.All of these suggested that response to different levels of low light stress of two varieties of tomatoes were similar.The tolerant to low light of 'Liaoyuanduoli' was obviously better than that of 'moneymaker'.
