铝合金表面有机硅烷超疏水膜的制备及其耐蚀性 被引量:7

摘要 有机硅烷薄膜可有效保护铝合金。配制了十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷(HDTMS)溶液,通过自组装的方法在铝合金表面制备了超疏水有机硅烷薄膜,研究了薄膜的表面形貌、化学结构及耐蚀性。结果表明:制备的有机硅烷薄膜可达到超疏水状态,表面接触角为158,°且对铝合金表面有显著的防腐蚀作用,保护效率达到89.2%。 Superhydrophobic film of hexadecyl trimethoxy silane(HDTMS) was fabricated on the surface of aluminum alloy by self-assembly.The morphology,chemical structure and corrosion resistance of the film were analyzed.It was found that the self-assembled silane film had superhydrophobicity(contact angle: 158°).The silane film was able to effectively prevent Al alloy substrate from corrosion,and its protective efficiency reached 89.2%.
