摘要
转向节作为电动轮自卸车基础结构中的一个关键部件,其可靠性直接关系到整车的行驶安全。采用有限元分析软件ANASYS/Workbench对MT5500电动轮自卸车转向节进行模态分析,研究转向节的无阻尼自由振动,得到其固有频率和振型,并将分析结果与外界激励进行了对比分析,所得结论为防止共振和后续动态特性分析提供了理论依据。
As a key part of electric-wheeled dump truck,the reliability of the steering knuckle directly affects the driving safety of the dump truck.Based on the finite element analysis software ANASYS/Workbench,modal analysis of the steering knuckle of MT5500 electric-wheeled dump truck is carried out,and undamped free vibration of the steering knuckle is studied.Finally,the natural frequency and vibration modes are obtained,and the analysis results are contrasted with external excitations,the achieved conclusions offers theoretical basis for the resonance prevention and the further dynamic characteristic analysis.
