摘要 为提高YK3610滚齿机直驱式工件主轴系统的抗振性能,提出了一种新的结构分析与综合优化方法。以系统动刚度为优化目标,利用目标系统的三维有限元模型,分析了几个重要设计参数对主轴系统动刚度的影响规律,并针对性地分析了这些设计参数与系统动刚度的相关性,其中关于转子合理位置和设计参数相关性的分析结论,对制定直驱式主轴系统的整体优化方案具有重要的指导意义。 To improve the anti-vibration performance of a direct drive workpiece spindle system on YK3610 hobber,a new way for system structure analysis and optimization was proposed.The optimization object was dynamic stiffness of this system.Making use of three-dimensional finite element model,the regularity about several important design parameters working on the system dynamic stiffness was investigated.During this work,the correlation characteristics of these design parameters should be analyzed purposefully.The analysis results about the reasonable position of rotor and the correlation characteristics of design parameters,should be important direction action in framing the whole optimization scheme for the direct drive spindle system.
