摘要
用碱提取的草苁蓉花序多糖粗品中, 蛋白质含量为5.53% , 其中少部分为游离蛋白,脱去游离蛋白质,多糖仍含蛋白质3.10% ,经水解酶处理后,蛋白质下降为1.5% ,经温和的碱处理,表明这部分蛋白质是通过苏氨酸或丝氨酸的糖苷链与多糖连接的,所结合的蛋白质平均分子量约4 万道尔顿,它们可能分别连于多糖的主干末端或(16) 葡萄糖分枝末端和(14)岩藻糖分枝末端。
The crude polysaccharide from Boschniakia rossica inflorencence is isolated with alkaline.It contain 5.53%protein,By treatement with pronase and by sevag pocedure,the protein remains in the sample 1.5%.By geute treatment with alkali the recult shows that the bond between the car-bohydrate and protain exists though o-glycosy1 threonine or serine glycoside linkage.The molucalar weight of protein in the proteoglycan is roughly 40000.The Linking sate in the polysaccharide may be the reducible teminal of the back bone or the reducible terminal of the (16)Glucose and (14)Fucose side chain.
