摘要
为了解温度对甜菜夜蛾种群的影响,测定了甜菜夜蛾在 155,18,20,23,25,27,30,33,35,38,40 ℃共11 个恒温下的存活率、繁殖力和种群增长参数.结果表明,甜菜夜蛾第1,5 龄幼虫和蛹对极端温度的反应较其他虫态更为敏感.世代存活率和产卵量皆与温度呈抛物线关系.雌虫的繁殖动态可用简化的 Gam m a 分布模型来拟合.种群增长指数在 27 ℃下为最大,而内禀增长力(rm ) 和周限增长率(λ) 在33 ℃下最大.
The population growth,survival and reproduction of Spodoptera exigua were determined under a range of different temperature regimes (15.5~40 ℃). Results obtained showed that the 1st instar,5th instar larvae and the pupa were more sensitive to extreme temperature than that of the other growth stage. Relationship between survival rate of the generation or average fecundities of the females and temperature was simulated with parabolic function. Age specific probabilities of fecundity at the temperature range of 15.5~38 ℃ were fitted with the modified density function of Gamma distribution in statistics.Both the maximum average fecundity and the maximum population trend index (Ⅰ value) appeared at 27 ℃,however,innate capacity of increase (r m) and finite rate of increase (λ) exhibited maximum value at 33 ℃.
