摘要
井控是钻井工作的重中之重,综合录井仪能采集丰富的钻井工程参数,具有参数全、实时性强、智能性高、网络传输等优点,能实时计算井控所需的参数,能为井控提供强有力的技术支持。俄罗斯的井控工艺有其自身的特点,主要体现在与综合录井仪的捆绑应用,充分利用综合录井资源,开发了多个软件系统,功能强大而完善。诸如能实现对溢流的早期监测,水力参数计算,"激动"、"抽汲"压力计算,地层压力实时评价,压井过程记录及模拟,建井过程远程监控信息等。这些软件的应用,能在钻进、起下钻等状态下,实时监控钻井液与地层之间的压力平衡情况。从井控信息的全面性、实时性、智能性、信息化等方面,对俄罗斯的井控程序进行分析,指出俄罗斯综合录井仪在井控方面的优点,对完善我国井控工艺具有很好的借鉴作用,并对国内综合录井仪的发展方向提出建议。
Well control is the most important in the drilling work.Mud logging unit can acquire a great deal of drilling engineering parameters that is characterized by all in readiness,high real-time,high intelligence,and network transmission,and can provide powerful technical support for well control.Well control technology in Russia has its own characteristics:interactive application with mud logging unit.Several software systems with powerful function and perfection are developed through sufficient utilization of mud logging resource.Many aspects can be realized:early monitoring for overflow,hydraulic parameters computation,surge pressure computation,swabbing pressure computation,real-time evaluation for formation pressure,record and simulation for well killing,and long-distance monitoring during well construction etc.When drilling and tripping,these applications provide a real-time monitoring of pressure balance between drilling mud and formation.Considering integrity,real-time,intelligence and information,Russian well control procedure is analyzed,and advantages of Russian mud logging unit is pointed out,which will provide some references for improving China well control technology.It will give advice on reinforcing application of mud logging unit on China well control.
