Quality analysis and production process improvement of ER70S-6 wire rod

摘要 分析ER70S-6盘条的金相组织、夹杂物和气体元素含量,找出原生产工艺存在的问题,提出工艺改进措施:采用硅铝钡复合脱氧剂脱氧,低碳、低磷硅锰合金代替低碳锰铁合金化;准确控制成分,尽量避免LF炉大范围调整成分,提高钢水洁净度,w(S)控制在0.010%~0.020%;严格控制开轧温度(1 020~1 060℃)和吐丝温度(840~860℃),采用斯太尔摩缓慢冷却控制技术(冷速小于1℃/s)。使用该工艺生产的盘条制成焊丝后,焊丝送丝性能好,焊接飞溅小,焊缝平整、强度高,可以满足用户的要求。 To analyze the microstructure,inclusion and gas element content of ER70S-6 wire rod produced by Tangsteel.Problems existing in original production process were found out.Process improvement measures were put forth.Si-Al-Ba compound deoxidizer was adopted to deoxidize,low carbon Mn-Fe alloy was replaced by low carbon and low phosphorous Si-Mn alloy.To control composition precisely and avoid LF furnace adjusting composition in large scope,molten steel cleanliness was improved.w(S) was controlled from 0.010% to 0.020%.Heating and rolling temperature is from 1 020 to 1 060 ℃,wire rod laying temperature is from 840 to 860 ℃,Stelmor slow cooling controlled technology was adopted(less than 1 ℃/s).Wire feeding properties of welding wire produced by Tangsteel wire rod adopted the process are good,welding splashing is small,welding line is smooth,strength is high,which can meet requirements of customers.
