摘要
司法不公背后职务犯罪是导致司法不公的重要原因之一。相对其它类型的职务犯罪，司法不公背后的职务犯罪呈现出特有的特点。从原因角度来说，司法不公背后职务犯罪案件的成因，相对一般职务犯罪而言，既有共性，又有个性。
The job--related crimes behind miscarriage of justice is one of the important reasons caused judicial unfairness. Compared with other types of job-related crime, it shows its unique characteristic, whose forming reason has commonness as well as individuality.
