摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成法制备了尖晶石型复合氧化物L iMn2O4,并以其为载体,采用沉积-沉淀法制备了Au/L iMn2O4催化剂,以CO催化氧化为探针反应测试了催化剂的活性,对催化剂进行了XRD和H2-TPR表征。结果表明,750℃焙烧后的载体中的主要物相是尖晶石L iMn2O4。活性测试结果显示,载体L iMn2O4对CO催化氧化反应的活性很低,但随金的引入,催化剂活性大大增强,这和金在载体表面的高分散以及促进了载体的还原有关。
Spinel LiMn2O4 was prepared by sol - gel method and Au/ LiMn2O4 catalyst was prepared by deposition - precipitation method. The catalytic performance for CO low - temperature oxidation was chosen as a probe reaction to test the catalytic activity. The characters of powder are characterized by XRD and H2 - TPR means. The XRD results demonstrated that the spinel structure was formed at the calcination temperature of 750℃. With the introduction of gold species, the catalyst activity was improved greatly, which might be related to the effect between the active species of gold with the support.
