摘要
本文报道了日粮中添加复合菌制剂对鸡肠道微生态的调节作用,以及对血液SOD和GSH-px活力的影响。24只1日龄海兰褐色蛋鸡雄性雏鸡随机平均分成2组,即试验组(12只)和对照组(12只)。试验结果表明:(1)盲肠和回肠内容物的pH值,试验组(6.022±0.3784,5.135±0.3355)都极显著低于对照组(6.664±0.1926,6.079±0.3729)(P<0.01)。(2)每克盲肠内容物大肠杆菌数(lgN),试验组(8.224±0.1969)与对照组(8.53±0.3314)比较差异极显著(P<0.01)。(3)血液SOD和GSH-px活性,试验组(9.63±0.3718,7517.4±366.85)与对照组(8.565±0.5724,7064.7±353.69)比较差异极显著(P<0.01)。说明了复合菌制剂能有效地改善鸡肠道微生态环境,使盲肠大肠杆菌数和盲肠、回肠内容物pH值极显著降低。并且能极显著提高鸡血液SOD和GSH-px活性。
The effects of complex live bacterical preparation (CLBP)in diets for chickens on E.coli count in ceca,gastrointestinal pH and SOD,GSH px in blood were reported in this paper. 24 one day old male chickens of Hy line were divided randomly into 2 groups:treatment group(basic diet containing 0.4% CLBP)and control(basic diet).All chickens were slaughtered at 42 days old The results showed that (1)the pH in ceca and ilium of treatment group(6.022±0.3784,5.135±0.3355respectively)is significantly lower than that of the control(6.664±0.1926,6.079±0.3729respectively)(P<0.01);(2)E.coli count (lg N) in ceca of treatment group(8.224±0.1969) was lower than that of the control(8.530±0.3314)(P<0.05);(3)The activity of SOD and GSH px in blood of treatment group(9.63±0.3718,7517.4±366.85,respectively) were significantly higher than those of the control(8.565±0.5724,7064.7±353.69,respectively)(P<0.01).It is concluded that the activity of SOD and GSH px in blood are enhanced, and E.coli count in ceca and the pH in ceca and ileum are reduced at the same time,by improvement of intestinal microflora of chickens with CLBP treatment.
