液基细胞检查在妇科普查中的价值分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的通过将液基细胞学检查与传统巴氏涂片检查对妇科普查时宫颈癌癌前病变的检出率和标本满意度进行对比,探讨TCT在妇科普查中的应用价值。方法回顾2005年7月～2009年8月7000例TCT普查人群和12000例CS普查人群的检查结果,对两种方法的标本满意度和宫颈癌癌前病变的检出率进行比较,并对细胞学检查阳性病例行宫颈活检对照。结果 TCT组标本满意度和宫颈癌癌前病变检出率分别是90.000%和0.286%;CS组是60.000%和0.033%。结论 TCT组无论是标本满意度还是宫颈癌癌前病变检出率都明显高于CS组,TCT应完全取代CS,作为宫颈癌筛查的首选方法。
