摘要
目的:检测医用输液泵、注射泵输液流量,用于建立健全该设备质量控制方案,达到临床安全准确有效使用。方法:运用瑞典奥利科输液泵质量检测仪(双通道)INFUTEST 2000E,测试输液泵、注射泵输液量、流速、阻塞压力。结果:通过对本院所有科室输液泵、注射泵的年检,对存在质量问题的设备进行送修,保证临床的正常使用。结论:检测结果可以作为设备的验收、质控过程及维修后的参考数据。
Objective To establish and consummate the quality control project by testing medical infusion pumps and injection pumps in order to ensure the clinical use to be safe,accurate and efficient.Methods Infusion device analyzer INFUTEST 2000E（double channel） made by ALK in Sweden was used to measure the fluid,flow and occlusion alarm.Results Through annual test of all the infusion pumps and injection pumps from all departments of our hospital,the equipment with quality problems was repaired in order to ensure the clinical use.Conclusion The test result can be used as a reference during the process of equipment checking,quality control and maintenance.
