摘要
针对工业现场数据采集范围广,距离远的特点,分析对比了基于ZigBee的无线传感器网络技术和嵌入式以太网技术在各自应用场合的特点.使用STM32作为主处理器,设计了一个结合两种技术的桥接网关,给出了网关的软硬件设计和网络通信协议.实验测试表明,本网关系统工作稳定,数据传输可靠,可满足分布式无线数据采集和网络化监测的需要.
Wide scale and long distance communicaion is the characteristics of data acquisition in industrial field. ZigBee - based wireless sensor network and embedded Ethernet technology was analyzed in their applications. Using STM32 Processor, a gateway device designing processing was described in this paper whith process made a combination of ZigBee and embedded Ethernet technology. The structure and network protocol of this device was also described. The result shows that this system works stably and fulfils the requirements of wireless data acquisition and network monitor.
