STUDY ON BEHAVIOR AND KINETICS OF CATALYTIC PYROLYSIS FOR RICE HUSK

摘要 利用热重分析仪,以DHC-32和CaCl2作为催化剂,研究升温速率、催化剂种类和催化剂添加量对稻壳热解行为的影响,并采用一级反应对其热解动力学进行了计算分析。研究结果表明:催化剂加入量较少时,DHC-32和CaCl2对稻壳热解焦炭产物的生成具有促进作用,随加入比例的提高,稻壳热解活化能逐渐减少。CaCl2对稻壳热解的催化作用优于DHC-32。 Using thermogravimetric analyser,and taking DHC-32 and CaCl2 as catalysts,the influence of heatingrate,catalyst type and dosage of catalyst upon pyrolysis behavior of rice husk has been studied,and its kinetics of pyrolysis being calclated and analysed by using first order reaction.Results of study show that the DHC-32 and CaCl2 have promotion effect in formation of coke products from pyrolysis of rice husk,and the activation energy in pyrolysis of rice husk is gradually decreased as the adding proportion of catalyst being enhanced;the catalystic effect of CaCl2 in pyrolysis rice husk is better than that of DHC-32.
