团队文化的界定及其研究进展 被引量:16

摘要 团队文化能反映工作团队创新或绩效水平差异的深层次原因,但是我国从团队文化的角度展开团队管理的研究却不多见。本文在梳理大量相关文献的基础上,首先从团队文化的界定入手,将团队文化研究成果分为结构研究和内容研究,并指出团队文化内容研究体系的形成是推动团队文化理论发展的重要方面。
