直肠癌全直肠系膜切除术60例临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的:探讨全直肠系膜切除术(total mesorectal excision,TME)治疗直肠癌的疗效。方法:对我院收治的60例距肛门约5～8cm的直肠癌患者行TME,对其疗效及主要并发症进行分析。结果:全组患者无死亡,其中48例存活5年以上,术后吻合口瘘2例,吻合口出血2例,经保守治愈,吻合口狭窄2例,经定期扩肛治愈,骶前大出血1例,局部复发2例,吻合口复发1例,排便不适25例,性功能障碍1例,肝转移2例。结论:TME直肠癌根治术能够降低局部复发率、提高生存率、提高生活质量,应作为治疗中低位直肠癌的金标准。
