摘要
目的观察八味通络颗粒治疗舒张性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将60例舒张性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例,两组均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组加用八味通络颗粒,疗程8周。观察治疗后两组纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)心功能疗效、中医证候疗效,以及治疗前后超声心动图反映的左室舒张功能指标,包括二尖瓣舒张早期血流峰值速度(E)、舒张晚期血流峰值速度(A)、E/A比值、等容舒张时间(IVRT)、E峰加速时间(ACTe)和E峰减速时间(DCTe)。结果治疗后两组NYHA心功能疗效比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),中医证候疗效比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声心动图比较,治疗组治疗后E、A、E/A、IVRT及DCTe与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后治疗组A、DCTe明显降低(P<0.05),E/A明显增加(P<0.05)。结论八味通络颗粒能明显改善反映左室舒张功能的超声指标,可提高中医证候疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of Bawei Tongluo granule on diastolic heart failure.Methods Sixty patients（pts） with diastolic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups：Control group（n=30）treated with routine treatment,and freat ment group（n=30） treated with Bawei Tongluo granule and routine treatment for 8 weeks.The NYHA heart function and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） were studied before and after treatment.Early diastolic mitral flow peak velocity（E）,late diastolic peak flow velocity（A）,E/A ratio,isovolumic relaxation time（IVRT）,E peak acceleration time（ACTe） and deceleration time（DCTe） were compared by echocardiography.Results After treatment,the NYHA heart function was no significant difference（P0.05）.TCM efficacy was significantly different between treatment group and control group there（P0.05）.Early diastolic peak flow velocity（E）,late diastolic peak flow velocity（A）,E/A,IVRT and DCTe after treatment were imroved significantly（P0.05）.The late diastolic peak flow velocity（A）,DCTe in treatment group were lower（P0.05）,and E/A was increased significantly（P0.05） compared with control group.Conclusion Bawei Tongluo granule could improve left ventricular diastolic function.
