摘要
在分析无缝内衣机成圈工艺的基础上,基于虚拟样机技术对成圈机构进行建模与运动仿真,得到织针与三角瞬态运动的受力分析结果,其结果与以往静力学分析的结果基本一致,验证了此种方法的可行性。应用虚拟样机仿真技术为进一步优化成圈机构设计提供新的方法。
On the research of knitting processes of seamless knitting underwear machine, and on the study of modeling and movement stimulation for knitting mechanism through the virtual prototype of the seamless underwear machine, analysis result of momentary movement of the needle-cam is obtained, and the analytical result is in general accordance with that of former statics, and verifies feasibility and the validity of the approach, and so a new approach is provided to optimize knitting mechanism and improve the stability and reliability of the knitting mechanism.
