摘要 南水北调中线工程穿黄隧洞为大型水工隧洞,位于地震区,采用盾构法施工。盾构隧洞工程的施工难点是进、出洞段的施工和不同复杂地层的开挖。针对施工难点,在始发洞段,采取地层加固和气囊密封技术,在各种地层中施工时,根据地层情况,选择相应的施工参数,并采取了短边控制长边测量等关键技术,保证了施工的顺利进行。隧洞施工完成后,经检测,隧洞路线贯通精度高,误差仅25 mm,远低于50 mm的设计要求。 Located in an earthquake area,the tunnel crossing Yellow River of the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion(MRP-SNWD) is a large-type one and it is constructed by slurry shield machine.The difficulty of shield machine construction is the excavation in the sections of tunnel entrance and exit,and different geological layers.As a result,some key technologies were applied: at the starting section,soil reinforcement and airbag sealing were adopted;in the different geological layers,corresponding construction parameters were selected and the measurement of long-side controlled by short-side was used.The application of these technologies makes the construction go smoothly.The check after construction indicated that the tunneling-through deviation was small with only 25mm,lower than the design requirement of 50mm.
