子宫内膜癌相关基因的热点研究

摘要 子宫内膜癌是女性最常见的生殖道恶性肿瘤之一,近年来发病率呈上升趋势。随着分子生物学技术的发展,基因在子宫内膜癌发生、发展、预后中的作用成为学者们关注的热点,目前主要认为与原癌基因的激活、抑癌基因的失活及DNA错配修复基因有关。深入研究相关基因对于阐述子宫内膜癌的发病机制、早期诊断、寻找基因疗法和制备有效的抗癌药物的提供理论依据。
