摘要 在分析双摆头五轴联动数控机床的特点及弧弦逼近方法的基础上,较严格地推导出了保证加工误差在给定的误差范围内的走刀步长的计算方法。该计算方法考虑了加工所用机床的特点,能有效地保证加工精度。 The characteristics of spindle-tilting type 5-axis NC machine tools and the method in which continuous tool path was approximated with discrete linear segments were analyzed.An algorithm for determining rational step lengths based on assigned accuracy was derived.This method can effectively guarantee the machining precision because the factors of the used machine tools are considered.
