摘要
随着铁路建设大规模发展的需要,新技术、新工艺不断涌现,此文对常用于房建工程中的螺杆桩的技术原理、施工工艺进行介绍,并将其与地基处理工程中常见的各种桩进行对比分析。因其具有操作简单、桩身强度高、造价低及环保等特点,成为铁路工程地基处理可供选择的一种新桩型。
With the fast development of the railway construction,new technologies and techniques keep emerging.This paper introduces the technological mechanism and construction techniques of the screw pile often applied in house construction projects,and compares the screw pile with with the other popular piles in the ground treatment.Because of its simple operation,high pile strength,low engineering cost,and environmental protection,the screw pile is found to be a new candidate in the ground treatment of the railway construction.
