摘要
介绍了威海电厂二期工程主变及启备变油纸绝缘型高压引线装置的运行监督措施，分析了３ 号主变引线装置内部放电原因。
In this paper,a new operating monitor method for the oil-paper insulating HV down-lead equipment of transformers is introduced.By this method,we found the discharging fault in the oil-paper insulating HV down-lead equipment,and an analysis of discharging reason is given.
