2009年-2010年广东省食品污染物铅和镉的测定及污染状况分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的:通过测定多种食品中的铅和镉,了解广东省多种食品受铅和镉污染的状况。方法:食品样品经微波消解处理方法处理后,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食品中铅和镉。结果:食品中受铅镉污染的总合格率分别为97.7%、92.0%。受到铅污染的食品主要是海带、紫菜、皮蛋,超标率分别是20%、30%、28%,受到镉污染的食品主要是海带、紫菜、冬菇、猪肾、大米、干米粉,超标率分别是30%3、6%2、7%、4%、4%1、0%。结论:乳制品、蔬菜、鸡蛋、猪肉受到铅和镉的污染程度低,皮蛋、冬菇、猪肾、海带、紫菜、大米、干米粉受到铅和镉的污染程度高。 Objective:A study was done about Lead and Cadmium contamination condition in many different kinds of food in Guangdong province.Methods:Lead and Cadmium in food samples were determined by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy(GFAAS) after Microwave Digestion(MD).Results:Total eligible rate in food samples contaminated by Lead and Cadmium was 97.7%,92.0%.Food samples contaminated by Lead were sea weeds,pig kidney,over limit rate 20%,30%,28%;Food samples contaminated by Cadmiun were sea weeds,dry mushroom,pig kidney,rice,dry rice powder,over limit rate 30%,36%,27%,4%,4%,10%.Conclusion:Dairy product,vegetables,eggs,pork meat were contaminated less by Lead and Cadmium;Preserved eggs,dry mushroom,pig kidney,sea weeds,rice,dry rice powder were contaminated more by Lead and Cadmium.
