摘要
利用激光位移传感器在小测量范围内精度高和线性编码器大量程高精度、动态测量的特点,研究开发了一种大量程自由曲面非接触测量系统。分析了激光位移传感器和线性编码器的测量原理和特点,并对其进行了相关实验标定。以LabVIEW为系统软件平台,采用改进多项式自动跟踪算法对一球体截面进行了测量。实验结果表明:该系统测量稳定可靠,可对测量倾角≤±45°的自由曲面进行高精度测量。
A non-contact measurement system for wide range free-form surface was researched by using the characteristics of laser displacement sensor which has high accuracy in a narrow range and linear encoder which possesses high accuracy in wide dynamic range.The principle and feature of laser displacement sensor and linear encoder were analyzed,and their linearity was calibrated.A sphere surface was measured by using an improved algorithm of multinomial automatic tracking based on LabVIEW.Experimental results show that the system can measure free-form surface of inclination angle less than ±45° accurately and reliably.
