摘要
校企深度合作是高职酒店专业教育可持续发展的必由之路。校企深度合作的动因是影响酒店管理专业校企深度合作的基础,政府、酒店、学校都有各自进行校企合作内在驱动力,因此要统筹协调各种促进因素之间的关系,从政府干预、市场运作、考评监督等方面建立动力机制,形成合力,顺利推进酒店管理专业校企达成深度合作。
College-enterprise close cooperation is an essential way to the sustainable development of vocational hotel management education. This article begins with the analysis on impetus of college-hotel close cooperation, considering government, hotel and college have themselves intrinsic impetus on college-enterprise cooperation. It puts forwards to leading and coordinating the relationship among all kinds of impetuses, which forms resultant force, in order to improve favorable college-hotel close Cooperation.
