摘要
本文阐述了目前我国石灰石矿山开采过程中引发的生态环境问题以及带来的地质灾害和造成的矿产资源浪费等问题。结合国外矿山生态环境管理的经验,指出目前我国石灰石矿山管理中存在的不足,提出解决我国石灰石矿山管理的对策建议,加快立法进程;加强矿山规划环评管理,从源头控制生态破坏;根据当地生态环境条件进行科学合理的补偿。
This paper summarized the present environmental problems,eco-environmental problems,geological disaster and mineral resources waste causing by the process of limestone exploitation.Based on studying the limestone management experiences of abroad countries and summarizing our management problems,several countermeasures are proposed： accelerating the process of legislation,promoting and strengthening the plan environmental impact assessment for limestone mine,and compensate according to the local eco-environment conditions.
