Compact UWB Band-Pass Filter Based on CRLH Structure

摘要 提出一种基于新型复合左右手(CRLH)结构的小型超宽带带通滤波器.CRLH结构的串联电容和并联电感分别由平板电容和短路支节线产生.单元内部存在交叉耦合,调整交叉耦合电容,单元电路可产生3个可控的传输零点,形成具有良好选择性的超宽带带通滤波器.由于仅采用一个CRLH结构单元,滤波器具有较小的尺寸和通带插损(1.5 dB);带内群延时较为平坦,同时滤波器在11.95~16 GHz的阻带范围内传输抑制大于20 dB. A compact ultra wide band(UWB)band-pass filter was proposed using only one unit cell of composite left/right-handed(CRLH)structure.In the unit cell,the surface-to-surface coupling between metal plate and the signal line of coplanar waveguide was used to generate the series capacitance and the high impedance meander lines to pro-vide shunt inductance.A cross-coupled capacitance was introduced to create three controllable transmission-zeros.The proposed filter exhibited an insertion loss less than 1.5 dB in the UWB pass-band with a compact size.Besides,both a flat group delay in the pass-band and a steep roll-off near the pass-band were observed,and a rejection level higher than 20 dB was obtained at the stop-band from 11.95—16 GHz.
