摘要
对合成的一类新型低温氧漂促进剂烷酰氧苯磺酸盐 ( AOBS)的促漂性能进行了试验。考察了过硼酸钠( PB) AOBS对模拟可漂性物质亚甲兰的漂白效果 ,研究了时间、p H范围、漂白剂及漂白促进剂浓度对亚甲兰漂白力的影响 ,得到了对亚甲兰漂白反应的动力学方程。还对普通碳黑污布和特制茶污布进行了去污 漂白试验。实验结果表明 ,由壬酸、癸酸和椰油酸衍生的 AOBS均有很好的低温促漂作用 ,加入 0 0 75 % PB和 0 0 1 5 % AOBS便可在短时间内漂除 90 %以上亚甲兰污垢。在 2 5℃条件下 ,PB AOBS对茶污布有很好的漂洗作用 ,普遍超过标准粉的 2 5倍 ,其中尤以庚酸衍生物达到标准粉的 4 5倍。
Acyloxybenzenesulfonates(AOBS) is a new type of lower temperature bleaching activators synthesized by our laboratory.The bleaching behaviors of sodium perborate(PB)/AOBS to model bleachable substance methylene blue were examined.The effects of time,pH scope,concentrations and ratios of PB/AOBS on the bleaching activities to methylene blue were observed and the bleaching kinetic equations were obtained from kinetic experiments.The bleaching/cleaning power of PB/AOBS to normal carbon soiled swatches and special tea soiled swatches were tested,too.Thus,PB/AOBS derived from nonanoic,decanoic and coconut fatty acids all possess excellentbleaching promoting properties under lower temperature and above 90% methylene blue can be bleached out in a very short period by adding only 0.075% PB and 0.015% of above AOBS.Either,PB/AOBS have excellent bleaching/cleaning power to tea soiled swatches under 25℃.The bleaching/cleaning power of PB/AOBS are above 2.5 times compared with that of standard detergent powder only.And especially,AOBS derived from heptanoic acid can reach 4.1 times of standard's.
