摘要
目的:探讨静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)复杂流程中高危药品管理的措施和方法。方法:通过对PIVAS高危药品信息管理,使用环节管理,调配核对管理措施的分析评价,说明PIVAS高危药品安全使用管理的有效性。结果:信息化和优良流程是有效管理PIVAS高危药品的条件,人的主动性措施是保障。结论:信息化管理和人的主动性管理措施是PIVAS高危药品安全管理的重要保证。
Objective： To explore the measures and methods of drug administration in the intravenous drugs in the deployment center（PIVAS） complex high-risk process.Methods： PIVAS high-risk drugs through information management,use links management,deployment of check analysis and evaluation of management measures,note the use of drug safety risk management PIVAS effectiveness.Results： And good flow of information was the effective management of high-risk drugs,conditions PIVAS,measures to protect people’s initiative.Conclusion： It′s important to ensure drug safety management that information management and human initiative for PIVAS risk management measures.
