摘要
在分析深圳市轨道交通发展趋势与特点的基础上,阐述了轨道交通应急管理面临的问题与挑战。提出组建深圳市轨道交通应急指挥协调中心,并明确其运作模式为"只监不控",以适应网络化、多元化背景下的轨道交通应急处置需要。
Based on an analysis of the trend and characteristics of Shenzhen rail transit, this paper explaines the problems and challenges in rail transit emergency management, argues that Shenzhen Rail Transit Control Cente shall be established, its mode of operation shall adapt to the networking and diversities in the context of emergency need for rail transit.
