摘要
目的 :研究吸入剂体外模拟实验方法 ,进行有效药物量的测定。方法 :采用自制双层液体碰撞器进行测定 ,第一级接受液为 7ml,第二级 (作用部位 )接受液为 3 0ml,抽吸速度为 60L·min-1。测定结果与国外文献进行比较。结果 :测定结果与国外文献一致 ,吸入剂有效部位药物量与剂型、品种及接受液种类有关。结论
OBJECTIVE :Tostudyonmethodofinhalationsimulationtestinvitro .Theeffectivedoseofinhalationwasdeter mined .METHOD :Theimitatedtwin stageliqwuidimpingerwasusedtodeterminetheeffectivedoseofinhalation .Therewas 7mlre ceivingliquidinstageⅠ ,and 3 0mlinstageⅡ (simulatedactionposition) .Theaspiratedspeedwas 60L·min-1.Thetestresultswere comparedwiththatreported .RESULTS :Theresultswerecorrespondedwiththeforeignreports.Theeffectivedoseofinhalationwas relatedtothedosageform ,activeingredientpropertiesandthereceivingliquidkings.CONCLUSION :Theimitatedtwin stageliquid impingercouldbeusedtocontrolthequalityofinhalationproduct.
