The National People's Congress and the Chinese Primary hospitals become the leading role in public hospital reform in 2011.March 29th,the press conference of 'The Top 100 Primary Hospitals in China' was held in Guangzhou.In order to take the opportunity of this reform,primary hospitals should strengthen their soft power such as hospital management and talent cultivation,which is the key to success.
