摘要
水电建设项目通常会引起淹没与移民,其搬迁将对安置区的生态环境产生影响。实例分析了某水电建设项目移民安置区的移民容量,评价了移民搬迁对安置区生态环境的影响,以及安置区条件对移民生活质量的影响等问题,依此提出了项目建设过程中减缓生态环境破坏的相应措施,并对安置区工程建设提出了必要的监理制度。分析结果可为类似建设项目的环境影响评价提供借鉴,为更好地落实各项生态环保措施及"三同时"制度提供依据。
Hydropower station project always brings about flood and migration which will impact on the ecological environment of settlement region.This paper analyzes the emigration capacity of settlement region with a specimen of a hydropower station project,assesses the emigration impact on ecological environment of the settlement region,and effect on immigrated resident quality of the environmental condition of the settlement region.Based on these analysis,the measurement and supervision institution are put forward to reduce the disruption on ecological environment in the process of project construction.The results apply some suggestion for the environment assessment for the similar project,and provide bases for carrying out the ecological and environmental protection measurement.
