摘要
本文综述了部分学者关于农村土地产权问题的观点,并着重从规范人地关系的物权和人与人之间的物权转移关系角度分析在市场经济后时期农村土地产权制度的改革问题。
This paper summarized some scholars about a view of rural land property rights,and emphatically from the normative man-land relationship between real rights and the real right transfer view of relation between analysis in market economy after period of rural land property rights system reform.
