七年制临床医学专业医学免疫学课程教学改革探析

摘要 基于七年制临床医学专业的特点与教学要求及其医学免疫学的教学现状和问题,结合教学实践,本文从教学内容、教学方法以及考核方式等方面,就七年制临床医学专业医学免疫学课程的教学改革进行了探讨,提出了将基础免疫学与临床免疫学合理结合、注重教学内容的前沿性与应用性、开展研究性和综合性的实验课教学、引入讨论式教学和多媒体教学方法、采用新的教学评估体系等措施,付诸实践取得了良好的效果. Based on the current situation and problems of medical immunology teaching and the characteristics of the seven-year medical program,this paper aims to reform medical immunology class of the seven-year medical program from the aspects of teaching content, teaching methods and the way of teaching effects evaluation. Reform measures were put forward including the reasonable combination of basic immunology and clinical immunology, attaching importance to the rising edge and the application of teaching content, developing investigative and comprehensive experimental teaching, usage of discussion and multimedia teaching method, and the adoption of new evaluation system for teaching effects, which has achieved good results.
