摘要 脑血管疾病已对人类健康构成了巨大威胁,放射介入疗法被认为是治疗脑血管疾病的有效方式。由于介入手术对医生手术技能的要求十分之高,而目前针对介入术医生的传统训练方式又存在着不足。本文探讨了一个应用于脑血管介入手术训练的仿真系统,该系统包括视觉反馈和触觉反馈两大部分。视觉反馈系统主要包括脑血管建模、手术器械建模、碰撞检测及力反馈分析,模拟手术环境,搭建人机界面,赋予训练者视觉上的反馈;触觉反馈系统主要包括器械信号采集和力反馈装置,提供给训练者触觉感。利用该系统,训练者可以了解手术环境,掌握介入手术的基本操作,锻炼手眼配合能力等手术技能。 Cerebrovascular disease seriously threatens human health,and interventional radiology procedure is one of effective treatments of this disease.Performing interventional radiology procedures require great skills of physician and the conventional training has drawbacks.This paper discusses a simulation training system for cerebrovascular interventional surgery.The system includes two parts: visual feedback part and hepatic feedback part.The former part includes vascular modeling,instrument modeling,collision detection and force feedback,and these elements construct a virtual environment,providing a visual feedback for users.The hepatic part includes signal acquisition and device of force feedback,providing a hepatic sense for users.Based on this system,users can understand the real environment of surgery,and practice basic interventional operations and other skills such as eye-hand coordination.
