摘要
目的观察漩涡浴和中草药浴对软组织的治疗作用。方法在家兔后肢外侧造成软组织挫伤模型，观察漩涡浴和中草药浴对挫伤病理变化的影响。结果漩涡浴和中草药浴均能明显逆转挫伤软组织的病理变化。漩涡浴组第１天治疗后，局部挫伤面积缩小４２％，第３天后缩小为５６％；中草药浴组第１天治疗后，挫伤面积缩小为４８％，第３天后缩小为８５％。挫伤第５天后，两治疗组挫伤面积均明显缩小。对照组挫伤后２４小时，局部充血肿胀更加明显，挫伤面积更加扩大，至第５天开始缩小，但缩小缓慢。结论在漩涡浴中加入活血化瘀的中草药液，似能更快促进软组织挫伤的治愈。
Objective To study the effect of whirlpool bath and Chinese traditional herbs bath on soft tissue contusions in rabbits.Methods The experimental models were divided into three groups randomly.The first group were treated with whirlpool bath.The second group were treated with whirlpool bath plus Chinese traditional herbs.The third group were treated nothing and as the control group.The contusional areas were observed at pre-and post-experiment.Ten days later,all the rabbits were killed.The pathological changes were observed by bare eye and the light microscope.Results In the first and second group,the contusional tissues were recovered better than those in the third group.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion It showed that the whirlpool bath and Chinese traditional herbs bath all can improve the recovery of contusional tissues.
