摘要
针对提升机电控故障耽误生产的现象,提出基于WEB的提升机监控系统,通过对提升机运行状态和故障远程监控,实现对电控的远程维修或协助维修,从而缩短了故障发现与排除时间,提高了煤矿的生产效率。给出了提升机WEB监控的结构,设计了WEB监控系统信息采集系统与工程画面,并阐述了监控系统的发布与访问方式。
Considering of losing production with faults of electric control system, the monitoring system of elevator based on web was studied. Long-range service and assistance to electric control system were come true with long-distance monitoring running states and faults of elevator. Coal mine enterprise production efficiency was increased for short time of service and detection faults, network structure, information acquisition system and pictures of monitoring system based on web were designed. The monitoring system release and visiting were introduced.
