摘要
用赤霉素处理日光温室黄瓜果实,与对照株进行黄瓜光合产物运输及分配的比较研究。结果表明:赤霉素能加速黄瓜功能叶片中光合产物的输出,使黄瓜植株各器官14C光合产物分配比例发生改变,由茎>果实>根转变为果实>茎>根,从而与春季黄瓜叶片同化物分配比例一致,然而处理株与对照株功能叶片中14C光合产物输出比例差别不大,也就是说赤霉素处理并不影响功能叶片14C光合产物的输出总量,而是影响已输出的14C光合产物在植株其它部位的分配比例。
The effects of gibberellin
on cucumber fruits in solar green house was studied in this experement.The result showed that
the gibberellin can accelerate the transportation of the 14 C photosynthate of cucumber
leaves and change the distribution of 14 C photosynthate of cucumber leaves,from
stalk>fruit>root to fruit>stalk>root ,but can not influence the transportation
ratio.namely,Gibberellin can influence the distribution of photosynthate of cucumber leaves,but
can not influence the amount of transported photosynthate.
