摘要
本文从危机时期县域经济出现的问题着手,分析了县域经济运行安全的涵义和特点,并从强化政府规制、改善宏观调控机制,增强执行力、构建产业安全体系、坚持在对外开放中实施品牌经济战略等方面阐述了县域经济运行安全系统构建的思路。
This article analyzes the meaning and characteristics of the safe operation of county economy from the problems of county economic in crisis, and describes the idea of building security systems of county economic operation from strengthening government regulation, improving macroeconomic regulation and control mechanisms, enhancing executive power, building security system of industry, persisting in implementing brand economic strategy and other aspects.
